Building ATAK-compatible applications with the EchoPilot AI is straightforward, as simple user apps can create CoT messages from the provided telemetry stream and create a dedicated video stream for distribution on the ATAK network. Use this powerful team awareness tool to share the vehicle position, critical telemetry data and video feed with the entire team.
EchoMAV’s EchoPilot AI Module includes an Nvidia Jetson single board computer system which can run user applications. Multiple compute modules are available ranging from the Jetson Nano to the Jetson Orin NX depending on the compute power required. We provide access to onboard sensors, telemetry, networking etc. so you can build your own applications quickly.
Many of the applications which support the EchoPilot AI line of modules are built on open-source projects. The core flight management hardware’s open-hardware layout allows for directly compatability with PX4 and ArduPilot, the two most common open-source vehicle control software projects. Customized Ground Control Solutions can be created off the open-source QGroundControl or MissionPlanner projects – both of which are compatible with the EchoPilot AI hardware.
Our vehicle control modules (EchoPilot AI) support encryption and authentication for each data stream. Our recommend compatible radio solutions are fully digital and encrypted using AES-128/256 and certified to FIPS Level 2. Our products are compatible with virtual private networks (VPN) and have been tested with OpenVPN and N2N.
All of our products are designed and assembled in the US. Nvidia modules are available with TAA compliance if requested.

The EchoPilot AI is designed to integrate natively with advanced INS sensors from VectorNav. Available in various grades, including tactical variants, the VectorNav INS in combination with the EchoPilot AI provides robust and resilient estimation of the vehicles position. Even if the GNSS system fails or is actively jammed, the VectorNav INS solutions can continue to accurately estimate the vehicle’s position using extremely low-noise inertial measurement units.
Additionally, The EchoPilot AI can be used with Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna systems designed to create steerable nulls – making the GNSS receivers highly insensitive to jamming sources.
With on-board computing, an extensible radio interface, and intrinsic support for cooperative vehicle networks (swarms) and mesh networking, our products are ready to be used as the foundational solution for future UxV applications.
